Ingredients and Fermentation Process

Our sauces are naturally fermented in small batches, which gives them their bright, tangy flavor — and keeps them alive in the best way. This process makes the sauce shelf-stable without preservatives, while unlocking deep, layered taste. Made with mostly organic ingredients and no added sugar, thickeners, or emulsifiers.
